⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Compassionate, Reliable, and Reassuring Care" — Family Member of a Service User CPA Care Ltd has been supporting my mum with live-in care since November 2023, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the beginning, communication with the management team has been clear, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The carers are consistently kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. We’ve had the same familiar carers most of the time, which has really helped them understand my mum’s needs and build a trusting relationship. They’re punctual, and if there’s ever a change, we’re always kept in the loop. When we needed to increase care in January to include lunchtime visits, CPA Care Ltd handled everything smoothly. I receive updates after each visit through their app, which gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what care has been provided. It’s incredibly reassuring to know my mum is in safe hands, and I feel confident that any concerns will be listened to and addressed. I would highly recommend CPA Care Ltd to anyone looking for compassionate and dependable care.
The service from the carer is excellent. She is very efficient, caring, punctual and polite. Nothing is a trouble to her. She goes above and beyond to make sure Mam is well looked after. And at the end of the day, she always has a big smile on her face.

I have been to charity functions, involving overnight stays and I am now a Young Ambassador for the Brain Tumour Charity and help raise funds for their research. My life has meaning again.”

Overall Experience Overall Experience 5 out of 5 Excellent service from CPA. We are very happy with all aspects of the work they carry out, they are professional and compassionate throughout their visit to my mother. All tasks are completed with dignity and respect. I would like to give a special mention to one member of staff, in particular, who always goes above and beyond her duties. She is very respectful and professional. My mother gets on very well with her and finds her very comforting and caring.
